This little clip on light has a variable light that emits only red light. This light emits light to help you read without disrupting your sleep architecture.

The simple design can be clipped onto a book or e-reader to provide illumination in colours that don't disrupt circadian rhythm. The red light can be seamlessly decreased or increased intensity allowing it to be used as a night light or reading light.

How does the book light differ from other brands?

The clip on book light is designed to peak at 630nm which is red in colour. It has been created with sleep and wellbeing as the first priority. You will see other reading lamps that have blue and green wavelengths inside, Home Light Therapy's does not. Home Light Therapy reading lights have zero blue and green light (which can disrupt your sleep). This makes it ideal for yourself and your little ones who like to read before bed. The lights also come with the ability to change the brightness settings to be used as a bedroom light or reading light, is low EMF radiation emitting and is visible flicker free. 

Unlike many other lights, this night time reading light is built to assist your night sleep and not disrupt it.
