Norway's Only Customisable Full-Body Red Light Therapy Panel
(Norsk: Komplett kroppspanel — rødlysterapi fra hode til tå)
182 cm tall • 576–600 LEDs • Built to your exact wavelength spec • Ships from Drammen
The biggest panel I stock — built around you
Most red light therapy panels are a compromise — fixed wavelengths, fixed power, take it or leave it. These aren't. Every Complete Body unit is assembled to order, which means after you purchase I get in touch to find out exactly what you need: which wavelengths, how many of each, and what your health goals are. No other store in Norway offers this.
The result is a 182 cm standing panel that illuminates your entire body — head to toe — in a single session. Whether you're chasing faster recovery, better sleep, energy through the darker months, or deeper skin health, the spec is dialled in for your goals rather than averaged across everyone else's.
🛠️ These Units Are Custom Made to Order
Order today and I'll be in touch to discuss exactly what you need. You choose the wavelengths. You choose the quantities. I handle the rest — and every unit comes with a personalised usage protocol written for your specific goals.
Delivery: approximately 2–3 weeks from order to your door. No additional taxes or fees.

What Head-to-Toe Coverage Actually Does
Stimulates ATP production through Cytochrome C Oxidase activation — your mitochondria running at full speed
Reduces inflammation and muscle soreness across your entire body — not just one area per session
Supports circadian rhythm regulation and melatonin production when used in the right part of the day
Compensates for Norway's long dark months — light your body is missing from October to March
Red wavelengths support collagen production and skin renewal from the surface down
Deep NIR penetration (especially 1060nm in PulseWave Pro) reaches joints and connective tissue
📖 What the Research Points To
There's a solid and growing body of peer-reviewed work around red and near-infrared wavelengths — covering inflammation markers, mitochondrial energy (ATP), circulation, and cellular repair. The research is still evolving, but the direction is consistent enough that photobiomodulation has attracted serious scientific attention over the past decade.
At 660nm and 810–850nm in particular, studies have looked at effects on muscle recovery, skin health, and mood during periods of low natural light — which makes these panels especially relevant for life in Norway.
Not a medical claim. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any light therapy protocol.

Build Your Complete Rødlysterapi Protocol
A full-body panel is the foundation — pair it with the right supporting tools and you get significantly more:
- For targeted spot treatment between sessions: Portable wraps, torches and face masks for joints, injuries, and skin
- For evening wind-down: Blue light blocking glasses protect melatonin after your evening session
- For sleep environment: Circadian-friendly lighting in your home supports the work the panel is doing
- For deeper recovery: PEMF and grounding mats layer well alongside red light for a full recovery stack
- Considering a smaller starting point? See the Half Body Gen 3 or Large Body Ultra MAX — both can be upgraded later
A Note from Dominic
This is the largest panel I stock, and I don't take that lightly. It's not for everyone — but for the person who wants total body coverage, maximum control, and something built specifically for them, nothing else comes close. I genuinely enjoy the conversations that come after these orders. You'll hear from me personally.

❓ Complete Body H2T — Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between PulseWave Pro and OptiBio Gen2?
PulseWave Pro gives you individual control over 8 wavelengths — you can dim or pulse each one independently, choose from preset programs, and control everything via the app. OptiBio Gen2 has 5 wavelengths, a touch screen, and dimming, but no per-channel control or Bluetooth. Both are the same physical size. The Pro is the right choice if you want maximum customisation; the Gen2 is excellent if you want solid full-body coverage at a lower price point.
Can I actually choose my own wavelengths?
Yes — that's the whole point of these panels. After you order, I contact you directly to discuss what you want and why. You tell me your goals, I advise on wavelength combinations, and we build your unit to that spec. No other store in Norway does this.
How long does delivery take?
Because every unit is custom built, it takes approximately 2–3 weeks to arrive at our base in Drammen, after which it ships straight to you. No extra taxes, no import fees. You'll be kept updated throughout.
How long should a full-body session last?
Most people work well with 10–20 minutes per session, 5–7 times per week. Because your panel is custom built, your personalised usage guide will include specific distances and timings for your exact health goals — not generic advice that works for everyone and optimally for no one.
How far should I stand from the panel?
10–30 cm (4–12 inches) delivers the best therapeutic irradiance. At 6 inches, the PulseWave Pro outputs over 150 mW/cm² and the Gen2 over 140 mW/cm². Closer means a stronger dose; slightly further back gives broader coverage. Your protocol guide specifies this for your goals.
What does pulsing at 10,000 Hz actually do?
Pulsed light means the LEDs cycle on and off rapidly at a set frequency. Different frequencies appear to have different biological affinities — lower frequencies are often associated with relaxation and sleep support, higher frequencies with energy and focus. The PulseWave Pro lets you dial in exactly what you need for each session, including preset programs that do this automatically.
Is it safe for daily use?
Yes. Both panels emit negligible EMF and are flicker-free, making them safe for daily use. If you're pregnant or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting — general guidance is to avoid direct abdominal exposure during pregnancy as a precaution.
I already have a smaller panel. Is this still worth it?
Probably yes, if whole-body coverage in a single session is something you're after. Your smaller panel is still useful for targeted spot work — face, joints, or specific areas — alongside full-body sessions. Many of my customers use both. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we can talk through what would actually add value for your situation.
