Shipping and Delivery – Home Light Therapy

All orders are shipped from Drammen 3023, Norway. There are no additional taxes, import charges or hidden fees for deliveries within Norway — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Within Norway

All Norwegian orders are shipped with PostNord or Helthjem, with tracking and insurance included as standard. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

To ensure tracked delivery, I will need a valid Norwegian mobile number at checkout — this is what PostNord and Helthjem use to notify you and arrange delivery.

Free shipping on all Norwegian orders over 3,000 kr. Shipping costs for orders under this threshold are shown at checkout.

Dispatch Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday to Friday
  • Pre-order items: Dispatched as soon as stock arrives. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe after purchase and I will keep you updated throughout the process
  • Custom OptiBio panels: Build and dispatch times will be confirmed at the time of order

Free Collection (Drammen)

If you are local to Drammen, you are welcome to collect your order in person. Select the collection option at checkout and I will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Norway are typically 1–4 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but I will always let you know if there is a delay or issue with your order.

If a delay occurs that is outside my control — such as a carrier issue or extreme weather — I will contact you as soon as possible with an update. Under Norwegian law, I am not liable for losses arising from delays caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, provided I keep you informed.

If You Miss Your Delivery

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, PostNord or Helthjem will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local pickup point. Most pickup points hold parcels for 14 days.

If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time due to your unavailability, and you do not collect the item from the carrier within 14 days of the first delivery attempt, I reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, I will refund your payment minus the original outbound shipping cost and any reasonable return shipping charges incurred.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in your item passes to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed through no fault of mine, risk passes on the date delivery would otherwise have occurred. Once risk has passed to you, I am not liable for loss or damage to the item.

Ownership of the item passes to you once I have received full payment.

Delivery Restrictions

I currently ship to Norway and selected international destinations. If for any reason I am unable to deliver to your address, I will contact you using the details provided at checkout and either arrange delivery to an alternative address or cancel and refund your order in full.

International Shipping

For customers outside Norway, please contact me at admin@lighttherapy.no before ordering to confirm shipping costs and availability to your country. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

All orders are sent with tracking and insurance. If your item arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact me immediately at admin@lighttherapy.no and I will resolve it as quickly as possible.

For items that are lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
