Terms of Service – Home Light Therapy

This website, lighttherapy.no, is operated by Home Light Therapy, Kjøpmann Fjeldheims vei 2, 3023 Drammen, Norway. Org nr: 920 058 055 MVA. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Home Light Therapy.

By visiting this site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at admin@lighttherapy.no before using the site.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian law — including the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) — are not affected or limited by anything in these terms.

Section 1 – Using This Site

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (myndig), or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious code, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Section 2 – Our Store

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products. By purchasing from us you also agree to Shopify's terms of service, available at shopify.com/legal/terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 – Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and other information on this site are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free at all times. If you spot an error, please let us know.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders where pricing or product information has been published incorrectly. If this affects your order, we will contact you before taking any action.

Product images are as accurate as screen technology allows. Actual colours and dimensions may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device.

Section 4 – Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (MVA) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any price change will not affect an order you have already placed.

We accept payment via Klarna, Stripe and Vipps. Payment information is encrypted and handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Section 5 – Orders and Delivery

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full promptly.

Delivery times and shipping costs are set out on our shipping policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Section 6 – Returns and Warranty

Our returns and refund policy is set out in full on our Refund Policy page. Your statutory rights under the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) and the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) apply in full and are not limited by our commercial policies.
