GU10 is the twist-lock fitting used in most Norwegian recessed ceiling downlights and track spotlights, common in kitchens, hallways and living rooms. If your ceiling lights are small round spots rather than a single central fixture, they very likely take GU10 bulbs.
Is the AmberEase GU10 actually blue light free?
