This device is not as strong as in clinics but it works if you use it often for pain at least 4 times a week but everyday is fine also. It takes time so don’t expect a miracle over night! I have nerve pain in my shoulder blade & I use the pad at a higher setting & it helps me manage my pain.

Etter å ha benyttet matten ca 20 min daglig (dvs 10 min mageleie og 10 min rygg) er erfaringene;
- behagelig opplevelse av varme
- lyset er ikke sjenerende men mere beroligende rødt
- oppkvikkende - dersom man klarer å slappe av blir det 20 min meditativ avslapping på varm matte!!
- huden på brystparti virker strammere/fastere
- pigmentflekker i ansikt og hender er dempet
- en følelse av mindre generelle «små vondt» i kroppen, økt bevegelighet/ mykhet.
- en følelse av mere energi - dog vanskelig å måle eller stadfeste om det er matten alene, andre forhold eller placebo.
Vi har ikke hatt matten så lenge at vi kan si noe om langtidseffekt eller «indre endringer - mitokondrie effekt» etc, men - etter en ukes ferie uten matten ser vi begge frem til å komme tilbake til våre «runder på matta» - så om endringene er «ekte», skyldes matta eller er en placeboeffekt er kanskje ikke så farlig?

Hvis du vurderer å investere i et red light therapy-produkt så vil jeg på det varmeste anbefale å kjøpe fra Home Light therapy. Du kan være sikker på at du kjøper noe av beste kvalitet.
Da jeg første gang henvendte meg til eier av butikken, fikk jeg svar på alt jeg lurte på, han undersøkte med produsenten av matten om den hadde de egenskapene jeg kunne trenge, og bestilte den inn til nettbutikken for meg, da den på daværende tidspunkt ikke var en del av sortimentet.
I etterkant av kjøpet har jeg fått masse informasjon om bruk, og svar på alt jeg måtte lure på. Kundeservice av ypperste klasse.
