Norway's Most Advanced Tabletop Red Light Therapy Panel
The perfect starting size for professional rodlysterapi at home - Norges mest avanserte bordmodell
What's the difference between BioWave Core and PulseWave Pro?
BioWave Core delivers 660nm and 850nm at a proper 50/50 ratio, the two most clinically studied wavelengths, no extras. PulseWave Pro adds six more wavelengths, per-wavelength pulsing and preset programs. I recommend Core if you want simplicity, Pro if you want full protocol control. (Dominic)
Choose between two exceptional tabletop panels - both delivering professional-grade red light therapy (rodlysterapi) for home use. Need a larger panel for full-body coverage?
The PulseWave Pro delivers 8 customisable wavelengths with preset programmes. The BioWave Core delivers essential results at unbeatable value. Both include a personal protocol tailored to your health goals. If you want something smaller still for daily desk use, the DeskBuddy BioWave Core uses the same 660nm/850nm pairing in a compact desk-height format.

BioWave Core
Essential Red Light Therapy Panel - Simplicity and Effectiveness
BioWave Core is built around simplicity and effectiveness (enkelhet og effektivitet). 100 high-performance LEDs - 50 red (660nm) and 50 near-infrared (850nm) - delivering the two most clinically researched wavelengths in rodlysterapi at a 50/50 ratio. No compromises on what matters.
Two switches: red on, near-infrared on, both on. Ready to use immediately. The honest starting point for rodlysterapi in Norway - the right wavelengths at the right price. Read more about the science in our photobiomodulation research review.
Key Features (Nokkelfunksjoner)
50 Red (660nm) for skin health and surface healing + 50 Near-Infrared (850nm) for deep tissue penetration and inflammation reduction.
Toggle red and near-infrared independently. No menus, no app, no fuss - point, switch on, treat.
660nm for collagen, skin health and surface tissue + 850nm for deep tissue, inflammation and recovery. Both at full therapeutic ratios - 50 LEDs each, not token percentages.
26 x 22 x 6 cm - slightly smaller than PulseWave Pro, good for tighter spaces.
Same warranty coverage as the premium model.
Professional-grade rodlysterapi at Norway's most competitive price. Every order ships with a custom protocol guide.
Who is BioWave Core for?
Anyone starting their rodlysterapi journey or wanting honest value without compromise. Simple to use from day one, and a natural first step before adding a larger full-body panel later.
BioWave Core vs PulseWave Pro - which should you choose?
Both panels use only meaningful therapeutic wavelength ratios - no token percentages added to inflate the spec sheet. The difference is in depth of customisation and number of wavelengths.
Shared Technical Specifications (Felles tekniske spesifikasjoner)
Both panels share these specs:
Universal voltage - works in Norway and abroad
Focused coverage at 15-30cm
Safe for daily use
Years of daily use before any degradation
What can you treat? (Bruksomrader)
Collagen production, anti-ageing, acne reduction, wound healing
Arthritis, inflammation, stiffness reduction
Post-workout recovery, reduced soreness, enhanced performance
Mitochondrial function, circulation, ATP production
Systemic inflammation, chronic pain conditions
Evening sessions support melatonin, deeper sleep and faster recovery
From Dominic
Both panels are genuinely excellent - I've tested each extensively and would be happy to recommend either. Choose PulseWave Pro if you want maximum control, 8 wavelengths and preset programmes. Choose BioWave Core if you value simplicity and solid value with the two most important wavelengths at a proper 50/50 ratio. Not sure which fits your situation? Every order comes with a personal protocol guide, and I'm always happy to advise before you buy.

Frequently Asked Questions (Ofte stilte sporsmal)
What is the main difference between BioWave Core and PulseWave Pro? +
PulseWave Pro offers 8 wavelengths with individual control, pulsing modes and preset programmes. BioWave Core delivers 660nm and 850nm at a 50/50 ratio with simple switch controls. Both are effective - the choice comes down to how much customisation you want.
Hva er best for meg - BioWave Core eller PulseWave Pro? +
BioWave Core is the better choice if you want simple, effective red light therapy at a good price. 660nm and 850nm at a 50/50 ratio covers the two most documented wavelengths. PulseWave Pro is the better choice if you want full control: 8 wavelengths, individual pulse settings and preset protocols for skin, joint pain and muscle recovery. Both ship with a personal protocol guide.
Hvor langt bør jeg sitte fra panelet? (How far should I sit from the panel?) +
Position yourself 15-30cm from the panel. Closer gives higher irradiance and shorter sessions; slightly further back gives broader coverage. Your personal protocol gives specific guidance for your device and goals.
How long should each session be? +
It depends on the goal, but unlike most stores, I give every customer a personal session-length guide rather than a generic number, so there's no guesswork. As a starting point: 10-15 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week. Consistency matters more than session length. Morning sessions tend to energise; evening sessions support recovery and sleep.
Er EMF-strålingen virkelig 0.0 µT? Er det trygt? (Is the EMF really 0.0 µT? Is that safe?) +
Yes. At 15-30cm both panels measure 0.0 µT EMF - far below any safety threshold and comparable to natural background levels. Safe for daily use.
Can I use these for full-body treatment? +
Tabletop panels are best for targeted treatment - face, neck, joints or specific muscle groups. For full-body rodlysterapi, our larger floor-standing panels are the right tool. Most customers start with a tabletop and add a larger panel when they want whole-body coverage.
What is pulsing and does it matter? +
Pulsing switches the light on and off at specific frequencies. Research suggests certain frequencies may improve specific outcomes - neurological benefits, deeper tissue penetration. PulseWave Pro lets you set pulsing per wavelength. BioWave Core runs continuous wave output, which is effective for the majority of goals including skin health, inflammation and muscle recovery.
Hvor lenge bør en økt vare? (How long should a session last?) +
Start with 10-15 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week, increasing gradually to 20 minutes as your body adapts. Consistency matters more than length. Morning sessions tend to energise; evening sessions support recovery and sleep.
Complete your rodlysterapi protocol
Tabletop panels work well alongside other tools. Add a portable device for targeted spot treatment, blalysbriller for evening light management, jording og PEMF for overnight recovery, or step up to a full-body panel when you want whole-body coverage.
