Setting Up

  1. Place the pillowcase on your pillow as normal
  2. Connect the snap connector to the conductive tab on the pillowcase
  3. Plug the cord into a grounded outlet — ground pin only
  4. Test your outlet (optional socket tester available at hardware stores)
  5. Sleep with bare skin contact — face, neck or arms against the pillowcase

Is it safe?

The cord connects to the ground pin only — it carries no current and poses no shock risk. However: do not use if you have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device without consulting your doctor first. Disconnect during thunderstorms. Do not use in wet conditions.

How much skin contact do I need?

Any bare skin contact works — face, neck, arms. You don't need to sleep without clothes. Even a few points of contact allows electron transfer. Most people sleep normally with just their face and hands touching the pillow case.
