I know exactly what you mean about the feeling of the red light therapy cap when you place it on your head - it's so relaxing! It wasn't something I was expecting when I first tried on the hat. Look out for other things that start to improve with the light therapy cap as well as the hair. I won't say what to look out for as everyone different, but there might be other things. The pregnancy related hair loss is something that isn't discussed enough and it can happen to many women. The red light therapy could be able to help shift the hair follicles into more of anagen (hair growth) phase as the mechansim of action is known and there isn't a barrier to inhibit it. Thanks for mentioning this area and I hope it can help others in a similar situation.

My use case is a slightly different one. I have a neurological condition (als). Having used red light therapy in the past, I was keen to apply this to my current protocol. I got in contact with Home Light Therapy first and foremost for advice. Domenic first sourced research articles on light therapy relevant to my condition before coming with a suggestion for a custom built device to meet my specific need. I have looked into various other therapies but with this diagnosis am most often met with, ‘sorry, I can’t help’ or ‘there’s nothing you can do’. You’ve no idea how uplifting it is to hear ‘I’m willing to help’ and ‘let’s try’. Thank you ❤️

And if you’re interested to know how it’s going, I’ve now been using my device for around a month and the pain I’ve had in my head, neck and jaw is no longer there.

PEMF pad

This device is not as strong as in clinics but it works if you use it often for pain at least 4 times a week but everyday is fine also. It takes time so don’t expect a miracle over night! I have nerve pain in my shoulder blade & I use the pad at a higher setting & it helps me manage my pain.

I got this for free during a promotion and I like it. It has some concise information and practical examples to help. I would have paid the money for it as it has changed the way I use my Red Light device and I can feel the difference already. If you are stressed and have red light therapy, you should read this!
