Base frame with clear lenses
The lightweight TR90 base frame comes with clear (40%) lenses. This is your daytime pair from 11am onwards — wear them as normal glasses. Thin enough that they feel like nothing on the face.
Snap on the yellow lens in the afternoon
The yellow magnetic lens attaches to the front of the base frame instantly — no tools, no second frame. One click and you've upgraded to 75% block for your afternoon screen session.
Switch to orange in the evening
From around 6pm, snap on the orange lens. 98% block — melatonin starts building while you can still see and interact normally at dinner or on the sofa.
Red lens for the final hour before sleep
Maximum protection — 99.5% block. Your brain receives a near-darkness signal. Helps you wind down deeply before sleep.

I want to be clear about what this product is and isn't. The lenses are exactly the same as the dedicated glasses — I'm not compromising on the optics, which are the thing that actually matters for your biology. The thinness of the Meridian frame is a direct consequence of making the magnetic system work, and that thinness is also genuinely useful — it makes the whole system far more portable than carrying four separate pairs. It's the right trade-off for a lot of people.
What I'm still evaluating is whether the frame holds up exactly as I'd like over extended daily use. The lenses are confirmed. The frame is something I'll continue to assess. That's why the price reflects a saving and all sales are final — I'd rather be transparent about where things stand than charge full price for something I'm still working through.
